Florence Management Way ‘‘F.M.W." International Association of Management was founded on February 15th 2015 in the Sala d'Elci, Biblioteca Medicea Laurenziana  - Firenze
A group of Italian entrepeneurs, operating in the industrial and service markets since 1930, have chosen exactly Firenze, the city of Cuture, Arts and Knowledge for the head office of our Association of Management
The Association is a "Domus Aperta", an open place designed for entrepeneurs, managers, professionals, but also open for common people,  associations and public istitutions
The srenght and the key value of FMW is the interdisciplinarity.
Similarly to the nature of management itself the interdisciplinarity shapes our activities and our style. Our members come from  Philosophy to Art,  from Science  to  Business Organization
